About this space

Take this floor for the terrace, and because nothing in it needs buying. The fourth floor on the south side of London Wall comes fitted and furnished, meeting rooms in, air conditioning on, with showers and bike racks in the building for the people who ride. Outdoor space on a City floor this size is unusual, and it is the first thing to look at on a viewing. Moorgate is four minutes, Liverpool Street six, Finsbury Circus Gardens the nearest lawn. A working floor rather than an architectural event, right for a small team that wants to sit down on day one and eat lunch outside.
