About this space
One flight up from the ground floor concierge, which matters more than it sounds when couriers and clients arrive. The building is a converted Victorian warehouse: exposed brick, wood floors, LED strip lighting, raised floors, windows front and rear, air conditioning. This floor has meeting rooms in, demised WCs and a shower, and a fitted kitchen. Old Street is four minutes on foot, Hoxton eleven, Dishoom Shoreditch about ten. Refurbished, not sanitized: the brick is still brick. Right for a team that wants the warehouse and a concierge on the door.
