Mayfair is a mixed West End Place of shops, homes, and offices. Bond Street station serves the Central, Jubilee, and Elizabeth lines.
Westminster City Council adopted the Mayfair Neighbourhood Plan on 24 December 2019. The plan is part of the statutory development plan for the neighbourhood area.
History
Mayfair grew in the 18th century around Grosvenor Square and Berkeley Square. Westminster designated the conservation area in 1969.
Mayfair is an affluent area of Westminster, London, England, in the City of Westminster. It is in Central London and part of the West End. It is between Oxford Street, Regent Street, Piccadilly and Park Lane and is one of the most expensive districts in the world.
